An encounter group safe space open to the LGBTQ+ community and allies, this space will offer a platform to explore thoughts and feelings surrounding the group and the individuals within the group. It is important that marginalized individuals have their voice and their truth heard.

About the event
This is an encounter group specifically aimed at the LGBTQ+ community, it is recognized that this community suffers from a significant increase in mental health issues in comparison with the general population. I have always felt it is important to ensure this community has a safe explorative place. This event will happen across two days, and you will be required to attend both days. An email will be sent to you detailing the conditions and expectations of an encounter group, please ensure you have read this before you attend. It is of upmost importance that you understand the conditions to enable you to help uphold them throughout the encounter weekend, this is imperitive to the safety of the group.
